We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Assistant to join the team! What You’ll be Doing • Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities. • Support residents in developing and maintaining their independence. • Help residents with meal preparation, medication management, and household tasks. • Provide emotional support and companionship. • Maintain accurate records and documentation. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. What You’ll Need • Minimum of 1+ years’ experience as a support worker • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
