Healthcare Assistant- Social Care Location: London, United Kingdom Start Date: 3 August 2026 Rate: £12.30 per hour (PAYE) IR35 Status: Inside About the Role We’re looking for a Healthcare Assistant who is reliable, attentive, and committed to delivering high-quality care. You’ll support individuals with their day-to-day needs, help maintain their wellbeing and independence, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and person-centred care. Requirements: • Experience in a healthcare, residential, or domiciliary care setting is preferred. • A practical, compassionate approach to supporting others. • Good communication and observation skills. • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. • Comfortable assisting with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and other daily living activities. • A good understanding of safeguarding, confidentiality, and infection prevention practices. • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends where required. • Relevant training or qualifications in Health and Social Care are an advantage, but candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
