Healthy Homes Coordinator
Salary: £27,299.40
Location: Bedford (Hybrid)
Hours: 37 hours per week, permanent contract
Reporting to: Healthy Homes Senior Project Manager

We're looking for an organised Healthy Homes Coordinator, who will provide day-to-day administration and coordination support across Healthy Homes, disrepair cases, Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) actions, and works associated with Awaab's Law. You'll work closely with surveyors, contractors, customers, and colleagues across the business to ensure cases are managed efficiently, accurately, and within required timescales.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and administer Healthy Homes, HHSRS, disrepair, and Awaab's Law-related casework.
· Maintain accurate records across relevant housing and asset management systems.
· Arrange customer appointments, issue correspondence, and track case progress.
· Monitor and manage no-access cases in line with established procedures.
· Liaise with contractors, surveyors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of actions.
· Produce reports and management information to support service delivery and performance monitoring.
· Support investigations into customer concerns and complaints, helping to achieve positive outcomes.
· Ensure all documentation is managed in accordance with GDPR and business procedures.
· Contribute to service improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
· Promote a strong culture of health, safety, quality, and customer excellence.

· Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
· Understanding of Awaab's Law and its impact on housing providers and customers.
· GCSEs (or equivalent) or relevant demonstrable experience.
Desirable
· Experience within housing, property services, repairs, maintenance, or asset management.
· Knowledge of landlord repair obligations and housing legislation.
· Construction or property maintenance knowledge.
· Familiarity with housing management and asset management systems.
· Experience handling challenging conversations and influencing stakeholders
