HGV Class 1 Trampers

£50,000 - £60,000 OTE | Temp-to-Perm | Immediate StartAn established and growing transport business is currently looking to recruit experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join its team on a temp-to-perm basis. This opportunity offers consistent year-round work, strong earning potential and the chance to secure a permanent position with a respected operator following a successful temporary period. The role will initially involve covering holiday and sickness requirements across the fleet before progressing into a permanent position for the right candidate. What's on Offer? • Average earnings of approximately £1,100 per week • OTE £50,000 - £57,000 per annum • Temp-to-perm opportunity after 10 weeks • Immediate starts available • Consistent work throughout the year • Modern fleet and professional operation • Weekly bonus scheme • Tax-free night out allowances • Meal allowance payments The RoleDrivers will be required to: • Operate Class 1 articulated vehicles • Occasionally drive rigid vehicles when required • Carry out mainly curtainsider work • Undertake occasional container shunting duties • Complete an average of 2-3 nights out per week • Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance Average working hours are approximately 65 hours per week.
