HGV Class 2 Driver – Temp to Perm Opportunity A&G Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of a well-established pallet network operator based in Reading for an experienced HGV Class 2 Multi-Drop Driver. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a professional and reliable driver looking for regular weekday work with no weekend or bank holiday commitments. The Role • Delivering palletised goods to private customer premises and local businesses • Multi-drop deliveries within the local area • Completing two delivery runs per day • Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and professionally • Completing all relevant delivery paperwork and vehicle checks Working Hours • Monday to Friday only • No weekends • No Bank Holidays • 8:00am start time • 10 hours guaranteed per shift Pay Rates Temporary Period: • £17.00 per hour plus holiday pay • £19.00 per hour inclusive of holiday pay Permanent Position: • £17.50 per hour • 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays • Bank Holidays paid Requirements • Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card • Previous multi-drop experience • Pallet network experience is essential • Good customer service skills and a professional attitude If you're an experienced Class 2 driver with pallet network experience and are looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with a clear path to permanent employment, we'd love to hear from you.
