HGV Class 2 Driver – Flatbed Steel Deliveries – £20.17ph Inclusive Holiday – Thurrock, Essex WPRG are recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for a large steel distributor based in Thurrock, Essex. This is an ongoing, long-term role delivering steel products such as sheet metal, rods, and girders on flatbed trailers. The RoleAs an HGV Class 2 Driver, your responsibilities will include: • Delivering 5–10 steel deliveries per day on flatbed trailers • All loading/unloading handled by forklift or crane (no manual lifting required) • Securing loads using straps or chains • Completing vehicle checks and paperwork • Following health & safety guidelines at all times Shift Pattern • Monday – Friday • Start time: 05:30 – 06:00 • Minimum 10.5 hours paid per shift • Immediate starts available Note: Drug & Alcohol testing required prior to starting.
