HGV Skills Development Tutor • Trafford Park (Hybrid – 1 day from home) • Permanent | Full-time • Up to £38,000 per annum About the Role Reed Further Education are partnering with a leading training provider to recruit a HGV Skills Development Tutor. • Deliver engaging training programmes to support learner achievement • Develop learners’ knowledge, skills, and behaviours • Support progression and successful course completion • Hybrid role based in Trafford Park Skills Centre Key Responsibilities • Deliver open days, taster sessions, and IAG to attract learners • Manage learner and employer caseloads to ensure retention • Plan and deliver high-quality face-to-face and blended learning • Assess progress, track KPIs, and provide constructive feedback About You • Industry experience within HGV or related vocational sector • Teaching qualification (or working towards) • Strong focus on learner support and motivation • Confident using digital systems and e-learning platforms Essential Skills & Experience • Minimum 5 years’ industry experience • 1–2 years teaching, training, or assessment experience • Knowledge of OFSTED or quality standards • Strong communication, organisation, and coaching skills Additional Information • Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship) • Enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checks required • Ongoing support from Reed specialist consultants • Opportunity to work with a leading training provider Apply Now Apply today with Reed to help shape the future of HGV professionals.
