SANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting for an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a leading primary school in Westminster. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-performing, supportive school where you'll play a key role across the curriculum, supporting teaching and learning while developing your own skills. The RoleAs a HLTA, you will: • Deliver planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 in the teacher's absence. • Support whole-class teaching and learning. • Lead small group and intervention sessions. • Work closely with teachers to raise pupil attainment. • Provide high-quality classroom support across the school. • Help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment. The Ideal CandidateWe're looking for someone who: • Has previous experience as a HLTA or experienced Teaching Assistant. • Is confident leading whole-class learning. • Has excellent behaviour management skills. • Is proactive, organised and enthusiastic. • Has a genuine passion for primary education. • Holds HLTA status (desirable but not essential if you have relevant experience).
