Your new role A fantastic opportunity for a Planning professional to join a busy Southern team. • Supporting the delivery of multiple planning schemes across the Southern region • Preparing and managing planning applications through the full life cycle • Liaising with internal teams, external consultants and local authorities • Providing strategic planning advice to support project delivery • Monitoring planning policy and ensuring compliance across schemes • Contributing to programme timelines and project coordination What you'll need to succeed • Previous experience in a planning role, ideally in a contractor, developer or consultancy environment • Strong understanding of UK planning legislation and processes • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workload effectively • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
