Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Full Time (5 Days per Week) Location: Lewisham Are you an experienced and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated HLTA to join a welcoming and supportive school in Lewisham on a full-time basis. We're looking for someone who has: • Previous experience working as an HLTA in a school setting • Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum and classroom practice • Confidence leading whole-class learning and supporting pupils across a range of abilities • Excellent communication and organisational skills • A degree (preferred) Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality learning activities to individuals, small groups, and whole classes • Support teachers in planning, preparing, and assessing learning • Lead lessons in the absence of the class teacher where required • Provide targeted support to pupils to help them achieve their full potential • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment • Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals to support pupil progress If you're a motivated HLTA looking to join a fantastic school with a friendly team and genuine opportunities to progress, we'd love to hear from you. #INDLSS
