Key Stage 1 Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) South London Start Date: September 2026 Full-Time | Term Time Only Competitive Salary (Dependent on Experience) About the Role Reed Education is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and successful primary school for an experienced Key Stage 1 Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team from September. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and proactive HLTA who can hit the ground running, lead whole-class learning when required, and make an immediate impact on pupil progress. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1, delivering targeted interventions, leading phonics sessions, and providing class cover when needed.
