About the RoleThis is a diverse position combining whole-class teaching with targeted pupil support. Your responsibilities will include: • Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS through to Year 6 to cover PPA time, staff training and teacher absence. • Maintaining an engaging and positive classroom environment that encourages pupils to achieve their best. • Leading small-group and one-to-one intervention sessions in English, maths and other curriculum areas when not providing class cover. • Supporting teachers to raise attainment and close learning gaps. • Promoting high expectations for behaviour, learning and pupil wellbeing throughout the school. We're Looking For Someone Who: • Holds HLTA status or has substantial experience leading lessons within a primary setting. • Is confident working with children across all primary year groups. • Has excellent communication and organisational skills. • Can build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues and families. • Brings enthusiasm, flexibility and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning.
