About You: • You've got experience as a HLTA, or equivalent, and a real passion for helping children grow. • You bring warmth, humour, and a touch of creativity to everything you do. • You're confident leading groups and stepping up to teach when needed. • You believe in inclusion, kindness, and giving every child a fair chance to shine. • You're reliable, dedicated, and know how to keep the classroom atmosphere upbeat and inspiring.
