(Hong Kong-based) Private Equity Analyst/Associate - Korean Speaking A global private equity platform is seeking a Korean speaking Analyst/ Associate to join its Asia investment team, based in Hong Kong. This role focuses on executing and managing private equity investments across north Asia. Key Responsibilities • Support execution of private equity transactions, including secondary acquisitions and structured deals across Asia • Conduct financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential investments • Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentation materials for internal committees • Monitor portfolio company performance and support ongoing value creation initiatives • Work closely with senior investment professionals on deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio management • Engage with external stakeholders including GPs, advisors, and counterparties • Contribute to market research, industry analysis, and investment pipeline development • Assist in transaction structuring, negotiation, and documentation processes Requirement • Bachelor in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline • 2–5 years of relevant experience within private equity or buy-side investing • Prior experience in financial modelling, valuation, and transaction execution • Strong understanding of private equity, fund structures, and secondary markets is advantageous • Fluency in Korean and English is required, knowledge in other Asian languages are desired • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Please apply to the role with a recent copy of your CV.
