This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading land-based college as a Trainee or Fully Qualified Lecturer in Horticulture, with full training and support provided to help you gain your teaching qualification (if required). You'll use your hands-on industry knowledge to deliver engaging, practical and theory-based learning and support students to achieve key qualifications and progress into work. You'll be part of a supportive and collaborative team where staff development is a priority and learner outcomes are at the centre of everything. In this role, you'll plan and deliver Horticulture lessons, support learners through tutorials and progress tracking, and ensure assessment and feedback is completed to a high standard. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Horticulture (or a greenspace related subject) and have relevant industry experience. No teaching experience is required, as full training and qualifications will be provided.
