Hospital Domestic Cleaner

Position: Domestic Hospital Cleaner Contract Type: Temporary, Part-Time & Full-Time (various shift times available) Salary: £13 per hour + Holiday Pay + Benefits Location: Romford, Essex Are you reliable, hardworking, and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness? Adecco Romford & London East are looking for Hospital Domestic Cleaners to play a vital role in creating a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff - responsible for ensuring that all communal areas and facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. SHIFT TIMES: 7am-3pm & 12pm-8pm (Monday-Sunday) Key Responsibilities: • Clean, scrub, and sanitise corridors, floors, surfaces, and doors efficiently and to a high standard • Disinfection of high-touch areas such as door handles, light switches, and counter tops • Clean and sanitise all communal areas including toilets, kitchens etc. • Replenish supplies including soap, toilet paper, and hand sanitiser, and monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages promptly • Sweep, mop, and vacuum communal areas • Operate cleaning equipment, including scrubber/drier machines (manual handling required) If you have the necessary skills and background and would like the opportunity to join a passionate team and play an essential role in maintaining a clean environment, we encourage you to apply.
