What You'll Be Doing As Hospitality Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring every hospitality experience runs flawlessly from start to finish. You'll: • Lead and inspire the hospitality team to deliver consistently exceptional service. • Coordinate meeting room hospitality, executive lunches and corporate events with precision. • Ensure every room, table and guest experience reflects the very highest standards. • Deliver outstanding food and beverage service with warmth, professionalism and confidence. • Build trusted relationships with clients, anticipating their needs before they even have to ask. • Oversee daily hospitality operations, ensuring every detail is executed perfectly. • Maintain the highest standards of Health & Safety, Food Safety and Allergen compliance. • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to elevate service even further.
