Housekeeper/Cleaner

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within various settings, including hotels and private residences. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Previous experience in hospitality or janitorial services is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. All positions are paid, ensuring fair compensation for your efforts. Duties • Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. • Change bed linens, towels, and restock supplies as necessary to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction. • Utilise cleaning equipment and products safely and efficiently to maintain hygiene standards. • Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly. • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within specified timeframes while adhering to health and safety regulations. • Maintain a high level of organisation in storage areas for cleaning supplies and equipment. • Follow company policies regarding COVID-19 safety measures and hygiene protocols. Qualifications • Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and independently. • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. • Reliable with a positive attitude and a professional approach to work. • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late shifts if required. • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
