If you have a background in housekeeping, hospitality, or simply take pride in creating clean and inviting spaces, wed love to welcome you to our supportive team. What youll enjoy as part of the team • £12.75 per hour • Refer a friend scheme (up to £1000*) • Ongoing career development and fully funded qualifications up to QCF Level 5 • Blue Light Card discount package • Company pension scheme What were looking for • A minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK • A positive attitude and pride in your work • This position is working 30 hours per week, including alternate weekends About the role • Creating a welcoming environment keeping all communal areas clean, tidy, and safe for residents, visitors and colleagues • Room care with pride dusting, polishing and vacuuming residents rooms to a high standard, always using appropriate safety signage • Working together collaborating with the management team to maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards • Making a difference through kindness sharing a smile, a conversation, or a moment of connection with residents as you go about your day This is a role where your care shows in the details, fresh linens, sparkling spaces and the comfort you help create every single day.
