Job description

We are offering an exciting fixed term / secondment opportunity for a Band 2 Housekeeper to support the Intensive Care Unit as part of a test of change. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, organised and efficient clinical environment, ensuring stock levels, preparing admission and clinical packs, supporting relatives, and carrying out essential clerical and environmental duties to assist the nursing team. The post helps relieve workload pressures on HCSWs and registered nurses by taking forward key non clinical tasks, improving workflow and supporting high quality patient care in our busy ICU setting. We are seeking a friendly, organised and proactive individual with good communication skills who can work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Fixed Term/Secondment Opportunity Existing permanent employees must first discuss this opportunity with their substantive line manager.
