What youll enjoy as part of the team • £14.80 per hour • Refer a friend scheme (up to £1000*) • Ongoing career development and fully funded qualifications up to QCF Level 5 • Blue Light Card discount package • Company pension scheme What were looking for • A minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK • A positive attitude and pride in your work • To work 30 hours per week from 9am to 3pm to include alternative weekends About the role • Creating a welcoming environment keeping all communal areas clean, tidy, and safe for residents, visitors and colleagues • Room care with pride dusting, polishing and vacuuming residents rooms to a high standard, always using appropriate safety signage • Working together collaborating with the management team to maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards • Making a difference through kindness sharing a smile, a conversation, or a moment of connection with residents as you go about your day This is a role where your care shows in the details, fresh linens, sparkling spaces and the comfort you help create every single day.
