No two days are the same, but your responsibilities will include:· Communal cleaning – ensure the communal areas are kept clean and safe for residents and employees · Domestic tasks - dust, polish and vacuum residents’ bedrooms thoroughly and ensuring use of appropriate warning signs when required · Collaboration - work closely with the home management team to ensure the home meets the standards of hygiene and cleanliness · Companionship - Provide support , communication and engagement to residents.· Team support - helping new or existing colleagues through shadowing and teamwork, and supporting the smooth running of the home when requiredWhat We’re Looking For · A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK, please note: Under new guidance we are unable to accept skilled or student visas · Caring, positive, and reliable individuals · Previous care experience is not essential, as fully funded training is provided If you’re looking for a role where you can build relationships, make a real difference, and be part of a supportive team, we’d love to welcome you to Bosworth Care Home .WEYSP
