Housekeeping Supervisor (8738) Location: Reigate Area, Surrey Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Hours: Shift work including weekends and bank holidays Jade Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected hotel in the Reigate area for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in hotel housekeeping who is passionate about maintaining high standards and leading a busy housekeeping operation. The Role As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring guest bedrooms and public areas are maintained to an exceptional standard while supporting and motivating the housekeeping team on a day-to-day basis. This is a hands-on supervisory role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment and takes pride in delivering an excellent guest experience. Key Responsibilities • Supervise and support the housekeeping team during daily operations • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to a high standard • Allocate daily tasks and carry out room inspections • Train, motivate and support housekeeping staff • Maintain housekeeping stock levels and assist with ordering supplies • Ensure health & safety procedures are always adhered to • Liaise effectively with reception and maintenance departments • Assist with rota planning and shift coordination • Support with cleaning duties where required About You • Previous experience within a hotel housekeeping supervisory position • Strong hospitality and housekeeping background • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills • Positive, reliable and flexible approach to work • Strong communication and leadership skills • Able to work shifts, weekends and bank holidays What’s on Offer • Live-in accommodation could be available for the right candidate at a cost of £50 per week • Permanent full-time role • Salary up to £30,000 depending on experience • Friendly and supportive working environment • Career progression opportunities within hospitality If you have the relevant hotel housekeeping experience and are looking for your next opportunity within hospitality, Jade Recruitment would love to hear from you.
