Housing Reviews Officer needed in Slough Paying £27.27 per hr ref OR106496 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities • Conduct statutory and non-statutory reviews of housing decisions in accordance with housing legislation and guidance. • Investigate cases thoroughly, considering all relevant evidence and representations. • Prepare clear, detailed, and legally robust review decisions. • Ensure compliance with the Housing Act, Homelessness Reduction Act, and associated legislation. • Liaise with applicants, advocates, solicitors, and partner agencies throughout the review process. • Maintain accurate case records and produce reports as required. • Identify service improvements and contribute to policy development. • Represent the council or organisation in meetings and hearings where required.
