HR Administrator Chorley £25,000 Hybrid Working (2 Days in the Office) 37.5 Hours Per Week Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an organised and motivated HR Administrator to join their HR team.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience gained within a fast-paced environment who is keen to develop a career in HR. The business is looking for an ambitious individual who wants to learn, grow, and progress, with a genuine pathway into an HR Officer role. Key Responsibilities • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems. • Support recruitment activities, including arranging interviews and candidate communication. • Assist with onboarding and induction processes. • Prepare contracts, letters, and HR documentation. • Manage HR inboxes and respond to employee queries. • Support employee lifecycle administration, including starters, leavers, and contract changes. • Assist with HR projects and engagement initiatives. • Provide general administrative support to the HR team. About You • Strong administration experience within a busy, fast-paced environment. • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems. • Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to build a long-term career in HR. • Previous HR administration experience is advantageous but not essential.
