Description
• Manage and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing paperwork.
• Support payroll and benefits administration by ensuring accurate data entry.
• Respond to employee queries and provide general HR support.
• Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all HR activities.
• Prepare reports and assist with HR-related projects as needed.
• Handle general administrative tasks to support the HR department.
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
• Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or a previous HR Administrator position.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• An understanding of HR processes and procedures.
• The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
