Job description

This HR Administrator role in Birmingham within the transport & distribution industry involves supporting the day-to-day HR operations to keep everything running smoothly. You'll handle a range of administrative tasks, ensuring the department operates efficiently and effectively. Client Details A company operating in the transport & distribution industry, based in Birmingham. They are now seeking a temporary HR Administrator to join their team. Description • Manage and maintain employee records and HR documentation. • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing paperwork. • Support payroll and benefits administration by ensuring accurate data entry. • Respond to employee queries and provide general HR support. • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records. • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all HR activities. • Prepare reports and assist with HR-related projects as needed. • Handle general administrative tasks to support the HR department.
