Job description

• Job: HR Administrator • Job Type: Contract for up to 12 months • Pay: £13.05 - £14.53 per hour depending on experience • Location: Liverpool • Working Type: Hybrid We are recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive People Services team within a large public sector organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their HR knowledge across recruitment, employee administration and people services whilst working in a collaborative and professional environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly, supporting colleagues across the organisation and providing an exceptional service to both employees and candidates. Key Responsibilities • Supporting end-to-end recruitment administration • Maintaining employee records, systems and documentation • Managing shared HR inboxes and responding to enquiries • Coordinating meetings, diaries and stakeholder communications • Producing and updating management information and reports • Inputting and maintaining accurate data across HR systems • Supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process • Assisting with HR projects, process improvements and change initiatives • Providing broader administrative support across the People Services function What we are looking for • Strong organisational and administrative skills • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Confidence building relationships with internal and externals • Previous HR, Recruitment, People services or similar experience If the above is of interest and you would like to be considered, then please either apply online NOW or contact me at
