Job description

HR Administrator • Location: Stamford • Job Type: Full-time • Salary: 30K We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to support our HR functions, maintain employee records, assist in recruitment, and ensure compliance with company policies. This role is integral to our team, providing essential support to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations. Day-to-day of the role: • Support HR Enquiries: Handle internal and external HR related enquiries and requests, providing assistance and information as needed. • Maintain Employee Records: Keep both physical and digital employee records up to date, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Recruitment Assistance: Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks, and issuing employment contracts. This includes creating and publishing job adverts on platforms like Indeed. • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events, maintaining agendas and ensuring all necessary arrangements are made. • Documentation: Prepare, update, and maintain complete documentation in Evalu-8 and on One Drive ensuring all records are easily accessible and organised. • Conduct new starter inductions and manage internal communications regarding starters and leavers. • HR Administration: Manage new starters/leavers checklists and paperwork, employment records, oversee administration of holidays & sickness, and liaise with Payroll. • Relationship Management: Create and maintain relationships with relevant service providers and contractors. • Compliance and Monitoring: Manage Driving at Work Declaration Forms and DVLA checks, request Certificates of Motor Insurance, and update approved drivers for Company Vehicles. Monitor sickness triggers for all employees. • Reporting: Manage and update the organisational chart and collate quarterly HR Dashboard for Board Meetings. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Previous HR administration experience. • Strong organisational and communication skills. • Proficiency in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Experienced in handling sensitive and confidential information. • Experience in recruitment and employee relations is a plus. • Understanding of data privacy standards. • Excellent attention to detail. • Strong planning skills. • Integrity and honesty.
