Job description

Location: NottinghamDuration: 2 Months Salary and working patterns: £14.10 per hour plus holiday pay, 8-4pm, hybrid working (two days on site) Start Date: Immediate Macildowie is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established Multi-Academy Trust in Nottingham to recruit an experienced HR Data Administrator for an initial two-month temporary assignment. This role has been created to support the People team with a backlog of employee contract changes and updates. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing a high volume of contractual amendments within the HR system, making strong attention to detail, accuracy and data entry skills essential. Key responsibilities: • Processing a high volume of employee contract changes and amendments within the HR system. • Ensuring all contractual information is entered accurately and in a timely manner. • Updating employee records and maintaining the integrity of HR data. • Preparing and issuing contractual documentation where required. • Carrying out data validation and quality checks to ensure information is accurate and compliant. • Supporting the wider People team with general HR administration as required. • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information appropriately. About you: • Previous experience in an HR Administration or HR Support role. • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Experience processing contractual changes or maintaining HR systems would be highly desirable. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume workload. • Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines. • Experience within education or the public sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
