Job Title: HR Administrator - People Operations Location: Warwick / 2 days on site Contract Type: 6 months About the Role We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy and collaborative People Operations team on a 6-month contract. This role is ideal for someone with strong HR administration experience who enjoys delivering a high-quality employee experience while ensuring accuracy across all People processes. As the first point of contact for HR-related queries, you will support colleagues and managers across the full employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records, managing HR cases, and providing administrative support across a wide range of HR activities using Workday and other HR systems. This is a hybrid opportunity based in Warwick, with an expectation of 2-3 days per week onsite. Key Responsibilities • Deliver efficient and accurate HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data changes, benefits, reward, and immigration support. • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates within the HR system (Workday). • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. • Manage and resolve employee and manager queries through the HR case management system. • Complete right-to-work checks and ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation. • Support key annual HR processes including performance reviews, promotions, talent activities, and reward cycles. • Assist with HR projects, organisational changes, audits, and data updates as required. • Produce regular HR reports and analyse workforce data to support business needs. • Maintain and update process documentation to ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. • Build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers to deliver an excellent employee experience. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the HR Operations function. Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: • Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Operations role. • Experience supporting a wide range of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. • Strong working knowledge of Workday or a similar HR Information System. • Experience using HR case management systems. • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and administrative skills. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to produce and analyse HR reports. • A customer-focused approach with the ability to build effective relationships across the business. • Experience working with external suppliers or third-party service providers. • A proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and personal development. Desirable • Experience working within a unionised environment. • CIPD qualification or working towards one. Apply now!
