Job description

Full-Time 37.5 Hours (3 days office / 2 days home) Adore Recruitment is delighted to be exclusively supporting a well-established, market-leading organisation in the search for a HR Advisor. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced, commercially focused business. Working alongside an experienced HR team, you'll play a key role in supporting managers, delivering people initiatives and providing expert HR guidance across the employee lifecycle. The Opportunity You'll partner with managers across the business, supporting everything from employee relations and performance management to recruitment, engagement and organisational development. This role offers genuine variety and the opportunity to influence people strategy while remaining hands-on in operational HR. Key Responsibilities * Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees. * Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance issues. * Support recruitment, onboarding and employee retention initiatives. * Assist with learning and development programmes. * Produce and analyse HR data to support business decisions. * Maintain accurate HR records and documentation. * Support salary reviews, reward initiatives and benefits administration. * Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. * Build strong relationships across all levels of the business. About You We're looking for someone who has: * Previous experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist or similar. * Strong employee relations experience. * Good knowledge of UK employment legislation. * Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload. * CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification (or currently working towards).
