HR Advisor Location: Bury (Hybrid working available) Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + benefits About the Company Our client is a well-established and growing HR consultancy based in Bury, supporting a diverse portfolio of SMEs across multiple sectors. Known for their pragmatic, commercially focused approach, they partner closely with clients to deliver high-quality HR and employment law solutions. About the Role As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering both strategic and operational HR support to clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll coach managers and business owners through a wide range of people-related matters. Key Responsibilities • Provide expert HR and employment law advice across: • Disciplinary & grievance • Performance management • Sickness absence • Restructures and redundancies • Produce clear, step-by-step guidance alongside all required documentation • Manage employee relations cases end-to-end, including investigations and formal processes • Develop and review HR policies, procedures, and employee relations strategies • Support clients with improving people practices and operational efficiency • Coach and upskill managers to ensure best practice and minimise risk • Build strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders (e.g. ACAS, unions) • Stay up to date with evolving employment legislation About You You will be a confident and proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
