On a day-to-day basis as a HR Advisor you will - • Provide a full generalist HR service to the business • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and line managers • Provide advice, guidance and coaching to managers on following best practice, processes and procedures • Manage a range or ER / HR issues and cases – such as disciplinary, grievance, absence, lateness, performance • Keep up to date with employment legislation, implement any changes to policies and procedures as required • Analyse and compile management information • Identify opportunities for change and improvement As the HR Advisor you will need to demonstrate strong HR experience of hands on HR and ER advising, within a fast paced environment.
