HR Adviser – Professional & Regulated Environment Cheltenham | £35,000–£42,000 | Hybrid (1 day WFH) We are delighted to be partnering with a highly respected organisation within professional services, who are seeking an experienced HR Adviser to join their growing team. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR support across a regulated, people-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys variety, autonomy, and building strong relationships across the business. Key Responsibilities • Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding • Leading recruitment activity: drafting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and providing structured feedback • Supporting managers with employee relations matters including probation reviews, performance management and flexible working requests • Delivering and coordinating training and development for managers and employees • Managing the annual appraisal process and ensuring consistency across departments • Assisting with monthly payroll, ensuring accurate and timely employee data • Promoting wellbeing initiatives and supporting the wider employee benefits programme • Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries and managing the HR diary • Reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures • Providing clear, pragmatic HR advice to managers and employees • Supporting HR projects, including early careers and talent development Key Skills & Experience • CIPD qualified or currently studying • Previous experience in an HR Adviser role • Background in a professional or regulated sector • Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with employees at all levels • Organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload On Offer • Salary £35,000–£42,000 doe • 1 day per week working from home (subject to business needs) • Opportunity to join a respected, growing organisation with a supportive HR function • Generous benefits and occasional parking stop.
