HR Advisor

Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting an inclusive public sector organisation that are currently seeking a HR Advisor join them on a Temporary basis until next July. This role will be based in Derby, and offers hybrid working following probation. The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate between £18 - £21 per hour, plus holiday pay. As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for; • Deliver a business partnering approach to professional advice, guidance and coaching to managers around policy • Support with grading evaluation and moderation of current pay and grading strategy • Advise advice in formal hearings and meetings in line with employment law The ideal HR Advisor will have experience in the following; • Providing professional advice and support within a large organisation, ideally also with unions and stakeholders • Strong employment law knowledge • CIPD Level 5 qualification or qualified through experience If you are a HR Advisor that is keen to work for a bold, leading business and is immediately available - please apply for a confidential conversation. 51880LG INDTEMP The Portfolio Group are acting on behalf of our client in recruiting for this position.
