HR Advisor • Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience • Location: Exeter (Hybrid working available, 1 day at home) • Job Type: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available • Full-time hours: 8:30-5:00 • CIPD Level 5 or 7 required • Driving Licence: Desirable • Holidays: 25 days plus Bank Holidays. • No parking on site - Park & Ride available Are you passionate about HR and looking for an opportunity to bring your expertise to a supportive and dynamic team at our client's Flagship branch? Our client, a family-owned business is seeking an HR Advisor to join their team in Exeter! This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, making it perfect for those who thrive on variety and are committed to excellence. Day-to-day of the role: • Provide professional HR guidance and support to managers and employees across their diverse business. • Manage employee relations cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance, and capability matters from start to finish. • Coach and support managers on employment law and HR best practices. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple sites. • Support change initiatives, organisational development, and HR projects. • Assist with policy development and continuous improvement of HR processes. • Contribute to wellbeing initiatives and create a positive employee experience. • Utilise HR data and insights to support informed decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role. • CIPD Level 5 or 7 (or working towards) • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain flexible with changing priorities. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. • Proficiency in HR systems and data management.
