HR Advisor (FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

• 6 months FTC minimum • 3 days office - 2 days remote HR Advisor (Fixed Term Contract) *Working in the manufacturing sector for a long established business. *Supporting the HR Manager to deliver proactive, commercially focussed HR support across the business. *The role will be actively involved in the day to day operations across the business. *You will build strong relationships supporting the employee experience *The role will be a generalist and varied role *Managing employee relations matters including grievance, disciplinary and performance. HR advisor level experience or above ideally in a commercially focussed environment with CIPD Level 5 or working towards.
