People Advisor An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People Advisor to join a well-established Multi-Academy Trust, supporting a group of schools. This is a varied, hands-on HR role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, delivering a high-quality HR service across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll play a key role in driving consistency, supporting line managers, and contributing to a positive, inclusive working culture. What you’ll be doing You’ll be at the heart of the organisation - a trusted partner to leaders, bringing HR to life in a practical, impactful way: • Leading on employee relations, confidently advising on complex cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability) • Coaching and influencing managers to become brilliant people leaders • Driving smarter recruitment strategies, including safer recruitment practices • Supporting onboarding, development, and retention initiatives that truly engage staff • Using data and insight to improve people processes and outcomes • Supporting exciting change projects, including restructures and TUPE • Ensuring HR operations run smoothly, compliantly, and consistently Who we’re looking for You’re not just experienced - you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and enjoys making a real impact.
