HR Advisor Kettering Hours - Monday to Friday 37.5hrs Salary - up to £30k plus benefits An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experiencedHR Advisor to join a well-established organisation based in Kettering. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll support the HR function across the full employee lifecycle while working closely with senior management. This position would suit a proactive HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent organisational skills, and is confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality. Key Responsibilities • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including advertising vacancies, liaising with candidates and agencies, shortlisting, arranging interviews and issuing recruitment documentation. • Prepare and manage HR documentation accurately and in a timely manner. • Administer employee lifecycle processes, including starters, leavers, contractual changes and employee benefits. • Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes for new employees. • Manage employee absence records in line with company policy, including Bradford Factor monitoring. • Support training and development activities across the business. • Maintain accurate employee records within HR and payroll systems. • Manage the time and attendance system. • Assist with HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. • Provide support with organisational change processes, including redundancy and TUPE where required. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: • A CIPD qualification. • Previous experience working within a small HR team. • Experience using an integrated HR and payroll system. • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information professionally. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A proactive, adaptable approach to work.
