HR Advisor

Due to increased workload, my client is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide interim support to their HR Business Partnering team. Your new role Working remotely as part of a supportive HR function, you will provide HR advisory and employee relations support across a geographically dispersed workforce. Key responsibilities will include: • Advising managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance and absence management cases • Supporting investigations and providing guidance to investigating officers • Managing Occupational Health referrals and associated processes • Assisting with Subject Access Requests, including document redaction • Providing guidance on probation, attendance, sickness absence and policy matters • Drafting HR correspondence and outcome letters • Supporting documentation management, filing and record retrieval • Advising on family leave, medical appointments, career breaks and other HR policies What you'll need to succeed • Previous experience working at HR Advisor level • Strong employee relations and case management experience • Ability to work independently within a remote environment • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards is desirable • Experience supporting healthcare, public sector or highly regulated environments would be advantageous What you'll get in return • Fully remote working arrangement • Flexible start and finish times • Broad and varied HR advisory experience • Hourly rate of £20-£25 per hour • Immediate start available What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
