HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis. Summary of the HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin role Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 Location: Bedford Type of Contract: Permanent Hours: Monday – Friday 37 hour working week Responsibilities of theHR Advisor/Recruitment Admin • Provide timely and accurate advice on a wide range of people matters • Maintaining/updating systems • Payroll preparation • Supporting the wider HR team • Prepare clear and professional documentation • Maintain personnel records • Recruitment administration Requirements for a successful HR Advisor/Recruitment Admin • CIPD Level 3 • Previous experience in a HR or recruitment administration role • Strong knowledge of HR compliance • Excellent organisational sills and administrative skills with strong attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Excellent time management skills ensuring deadlines are met About Allstaff Recruitment We’re an independent recruitment specialist based in Bedfordshire, supporting businesses across Bedford, Milton Keynes, and surrounding areas.
