Job description

HR Recruitment & Contracts Officer (Temporary) • Location: Crawley • Job Type: Temporary (until December 2026) • Hours: 37 hours per week • Salary: £19.25 per hour We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment & Contracts Officer. This role is crucial in maintaining HR operations and supporting major transformation programmes. Day-to-day of the role: • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising to onboarding. • Draft, issue, and maintain contracts of employment and contractual changes. • Maintain accurate HR records and workforce data. • Produce and analyse HR reports and metrics. • Support data cleansing, reporting, and system readiness activities. • Utilise tools such as SharePoint and Excel to manage documentation and reporting. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven HR experience, including recruitment and contracts management. • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice. • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. • Confidence working with workforce data and reporting. • Ability to manage competing priorities and support organisational change. • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience.
