HR Advisor - TEMP

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, providing expert HR advice and supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle. If you have a strong background in employee relations and enjoy delivering practical, people-focused HR support, we'd love to hear from you. *Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable but not essential* HR Advisor – Temporary Location: Redhill, Surrey Salary: £17.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm Start: Immediate | Temporary contract until August 2026 What you'll be doing: • Providing professional HR advice and guidance to managers and employees • Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts and leavers • Managing employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters • Advising on HR policies, procedures and employment legislation • Supporting probation reviews and attendance management • Assisting with recruitment during busy periods • Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation • Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives About You We're looking for someone who has: • Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role • A good understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice • Experience managing employee relations cases • Excellent communication and organisational skills • The ability to manage a varied workload and work independently • A professional, confidential and detail-oriented approach ***For your information: *Interested?
