Job description

We're looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join a friendly HR team supporting around 400 employees across a diverse organisation within the entertainment industry. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll provide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities • Managing HR administration, including contracts, employee records and HR systems. • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding, including right to work checks. • Supporting monthly payroll administration and timesheet processing. • Assisting with recruitment administration, from advertising roles to arranging interviews. • Producing HR reports and maintaining accurate personnel records. • Supporting employee relations processes, including preparing documentation and taking meeting notes. • Assisting with training, wellbeing initiatives and wider HR projects. You'll have previous HR administration experience, strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. You'll be confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office, able to manage confidential information and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
