HR Business Partner (initial 6-Month contract, great chance of repeated extensions)We're recruiting on behalf of our long standing digital transformation and IT focused client for an experienced contract HR Business Partner to join their People team on an initial 6-month contract. There is a great chance of this being extended multiple times. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Business Partner with specialist ER knowledge who thrives on managing complex casework and enjoys partnering with managers to deliver practical, commercially sound people solutions. HR Business Partner - What you'll be doing: • Managing a varied Employee Relations caseload from start to finish. • Leading disciplinary, grievance, capability, performance and absence cases. • Conducting investigations and producing clear, evidence-based reports. • Coaching and advising managers on employment law, HR policy and best practice. • Building trusted relationships across the business while helping to drive positive people outcomes. HR Business Partner - We're looking for someone who has: • Significant hands-on Employee Relations experience. • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidance. • Proven experience managing grievances, disciplinaries and other complex ER cases independently. • Experience working within both public and private sector organisations. • The confidence to influence managers and navigate sensitive situations with professionalism. • A collaborative, enthusiastic approach with the ability to bring people together and build strong working relationships.
