Job description

HR Coordinator, Greater Manchester, 12 Month FTC, £28,000 - £32,000 Per Annum Macmillan Davies is delighted to be working with a well-established organisation to recruit an HR Coordinator - Employee Engagement & Learning. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to support employee engagement, learning and development, and a broad range of HR activities within a collaborative team. Main duties include: • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, wellbeing activities and onboarding. • Support the delivery of learning and development programmes, CPD and mandatory training. • Manage learning and performance records through the HR system, ensuring accurate reporting. • Support the administration of performance review processes and employee development initiatives. • Gather and analyse HR data to measure the success of engagement and learning activities. • Provide HR administrative support across recruitment, onboarding and the wider employee lifecycle. • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers. The ideal candidate will have: • Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator role. • Exposure to employee engagement and/or learning and development activities. • Experience using HR systems and producing accurate reports. • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills. • A proactive approach with strong attention to detail. • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is desirable.
