Job description

HR Graduate Our client, a specialist consultancy based in Newcastle upon Tyne, creates tailored technology solutions for the complex and demanding defence & finance sectors. As their organisation continues to grow in the region, they now seek to appoint an HR Graduate to provide dedicated support across attraction, selection and programme management of the company’s graduate and internship schemes. Your specific responsibilities as graduate HR Graduate will include: • Supporting the planning and delivery of careers fairs and virtual presentations • Booking travel, managing materials and briefing colleagues ahead of campus events • Maintain the company’s presence on social media and job boards • Manage application tracking and candidate communications • Schedule and coordinate assessment centres, interviews, and online testing • Maintain accurate records in the ATS • Produce offer documentation and manage pre-employment administration • Coordinate onboarding, rotation scheduling, socials and quarterly reviews • Act as the primary point of contact for interns and graduates • Gather and analyse feedback from programme participants and hiring managers • Maintain programme trackers, reporting dashboards, and process documentation As HR Graduate you will need: • A 2:1 degree from a top 25 UK university • Prior experience in events, recruitment coordination, careers services, or student union • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HRIS • Strong organisational ability • Excellent communication skills Rewards & benefits: • Salary: £35k • 25 days holiday + stats • 10% target bonus • Private healthcare • Pension • Prestigious city centre offices Please note: High levels of interest mean that we will only contact you if your application is shortlisted and this will happen within five working days.
