HR Manager Central London Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home) Salary: £70,000–£74,000 + 10% Performance Bonus Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge? A major international sporting organisation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its team in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering a first-class HR service within a fast-paced, global events environment while helping shape an outstanding employee experience and supporting the delivery of world-class sporting events. The RoleAs HR Manager, you'll lead the delivery of HR services for a central employee population, driving best practice across the employee lifecycle while partnering with stakeholders to develop an inclusive and engaging workplace. You'll also play a key role in workforce planning for major international events, supporting HR operations, systems, and processes across multiple host locations. About YouYou'll be an experienced HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and enjoys balancing strategic projects with hands-on operational delivery. Essential Experience • 5+ years' HR experience within a fast-paced organisation. • Experience managing employees across a variety of employment types. • Proven experience delivering complex projects or programmes. • Strong knowledge of HR and payroll systems. • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Desirable • Experience supporting HR delivery for major sporting or large-scale multi-site events. • Experience implementing or introducing new HR systems. Skills & Attributes • Excellent planning and project management skills. • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). • Adaptable, proactive, and organised. • Collaborative with outstanding communication skills. • High levels of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. • Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail. • Resilient, diplomatic, and solutions-focused.
