They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR team and allow the Executive Director to focus on broader strategic responsibilities. The successful candidate will effectively lead the day-to-day HR function, focusing on significant operational leadership across the full employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include managing complex employee relations, improving HR operations and systems, and working closely with Finance on payroll governance. You'll provide commercially balanced advice, challenge senior stakeholders, and connect people decisions to business performance and risk.
