Job description

HR Operations Analyst Our client, a specialist consultancy based in Newcastle upon Tyne, creates tailored technology solutions for the complex and demanding defence & finance sectors. As their organisation continues to grow in the region, they now seek to appoint an HR Operations Analyst to support the implementation of HR process changes within Workday to improve efficiency, automation, and reporting. Your specific responsibilities as graduate HR Operations Analyst will include: • Administering of HRIS (Workday), ensuring HR processes (e.g., data input, employee lifecycle workflows) are operationally timely and accurate • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external providers on system updates, configurations, and troubleshooting • Maintaining strong data governance to enable accurate and up-to-date HR data reporting and workforce analytics • Executing the day-to-day processes that fall within the employee lifecycle • Contributing to process improvements within HR Operations • Documenting existing and improved HR processes, workflows, and policies • Collaborating with internal teams to review and refine HR processes • Generating and managing HR documentation, including offer letters and service agreements As HR Operations Analyst you will need: • A 2:1 degree from a top 25 UK university • 1-3 years of experience in an HR Operations, HR Administration, or HR Analyst role • Experience working with HRIS platforms (preferably Workday), and Application Tracking Systems (preferably Greenhouse) • A practical understanding of the employee lifecycle and underlying HR processes • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability • Proficiency in data management, governance and analytics • Understanding of GDPR • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Rewards & benefits: • Salary: £40 - 50k • 25 days holiday + stats • 10% target bonus • Private healthcare • Pension • Prestigious city centre offices Please note: High levels of interest mean that we will only contact you if your application is shortlisted and this will happen within five working days.
